Return Policy

If you have a problem with your order, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will make it right!


Returns

Returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Some items are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable or non-tangible goods, final sale items, and some health and personal care items.

To initiate your return, email us at contact@belovedshoppe.com with your proof of purchase and reason for return. We will reply with your RMA and the return address where you should ship your return. Please return your items within ten (10) business days of receiving your RMA. Note: Once you’ve selected your carrier and purchased your shipping label, please email your return tracking number to contact@belovedshoppe.com so we can keep an eye out for it. Once received, we will send you an email notifying you that your return is complete once your return is received, inspected, and processed.

Refunds

You will receive store credit for your returned item(s) in the amount you paid less any shipping and handling you may have paid.
